Yoga Flow 1

This grounding Yoga Flow practice is designed to cultivate balance & stability. This months practice is a more gentle-moderate level to ease us into yoga, perfect for all levels. 

  • Classes 1-5: building our flow & working on alignment.  
  • Class 6: "Slo-Flo", we hold the poses longer finding our unique alignment.  
  • Class 7: The "Breath" flow, picking up the pace as we synchronize the breath with our poses. 
  • Class 8 is: "Mind-Body" flow as we slow the flow way down creating a deeper moving meditation.
